Protein & Pancakes:


Ingredients:


                       1 Cup Parason Ultrapure Whey Protein

                       1/4 Teaspoon salt

                       2 Teaspon Baking Powder

                       2 Egg White or Egg Substitutes

                       1 Cup Skim Milk


Step 1: Sift the Parason Ultrapure Whey Protein, baking powder and salt together in a separate bowl.


Step 2: Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl, and mix in the skim milk.


Step 3: Add the milk and egg mixture to the Parason Ultrapure Whey Protein mixture; mix until smooth.



Cook on a hot non-stick griddle, using 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until golden brown on one side, and flip.
